Elijah Beriman is a young emerging artist and musician who blends a love of drawing, anime-style digital art, and songwriting into his creative practice. As a vocalist with dreams of pursuing a music career, Elijah draws for fun and expression, often working in black and white. Living in a small community with limited access to creative outlets, he values the connections he’s made through programs that support young artists. One of his favourite creative experiences was printing with natural materials like leaves and plants – an exploration that reminded him how many different forms art can take. Inspired by the energy and ideas of other young creatives around him, Elijah is all about staying open, mixing mediums and expressing passion through both sound and image.
