Cara Haley is a young emerging textiles artist whose colourful, imaginative work draws inspiration from the natural world and the beauty found in discarded objects. During Ripple Fest – Youth Art Program, Cara designed a leaf-shaped, hand-painted jacket – a piece that reflects her unique approach to textile design and her deep connection to nature. For Cara, one of the most rewarding discoveries has been the joy and inspiration that comes from working alongside other creatives, an experience that continues to shape her evolving artistic journey.
