Have you ever wanted to make a costume ball outfit or mask, but have never had the time? Well now’s your chance!
Join artists Maggie Ellis, Karen Mills and Sonya Else for a family friendly ‘Slap Dash’ costume and mask making workshop where a fun time is guaranteed. Get creative by using materials like cardboard, fabric, plastic, Posca’s and paints, staples and Gaffer Tape and anything else we can lay our hands on.
You might see folks wearing their creations at the Parade and Dressed to the Thirteen’s Costume Ball!
If you’d like to bring an old hat or shirt or perhaps even that old box of haberdashery and materials that you have been meaning to use, we will put it to good use.
When: Thursday 22 May from 4:30-7:30pm
Where: Rochester Community House 43-45 MacKay Street, Rochester
No need to book tickets, just drop-in . . . we’d love to see you there!
